At Pave Your Own Lane, we believe our youth are not problems to be fixed, but leaders to be ignited. Our programs are designed to equip Black and Latino high school students with the tools to heal, imagine, and build futures on their own terms. In a world that often defines them by trauma, we offer a new narrative—one of power, creation, and revolution.
Each program is a lane—paved with emotional intelligence, cultural affirmation, economic literacy, and spiritual resilience. Whether in our 8-week in-person incubator, our flexible 5-week online course, or our dynamic day-long workshops, students don’t just learn—they transform. They laugh, cry, meditate, debate, write, hug, unlearn, and reimagine. They meet elders and artists, entrepreneurs and educators who mirror their magic. And most of all, they discover that the path they’re seeking has always lived within them.

Our programs
8-Week In-Person Workshop Series
A culturally-responsive, trauma-informed leadership and entrepreneurship incubator for Black and Latino high school students. Youth complete a capstone project, participate in healing circles, and build real-world skills in identity, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and storytelling. Culminates in a public showcase and alumni networking.
5-Week Online Course
A flexible, multimedia-based curriculum that guides students through five transformative modules: Self-Discovery, Healing & Boundaries, Financial Power, Digital Storytelling, and Purpose-Driven Leadership. Includes video lessons, reflection prompts, and live virtual support to ensure connection and growth.
Day Workshop Intensives
Targeted, single-day workshops tailored to school and community needs. Youth walk away with tangible tools—whether it’s a budgeting plan, a public speaking outline, or a personalized healing toolkit. Each workshop is interactive, arts-integrated, and rooted in empowerment and action.
